Gabe Enslin

Founding Partner of Cultures of Excellence

Gabe is a Founding Partner of Cultures of Excellence and the Co-Founder of adapt. As a challenging student due to a high need for stimulation, Gabe spent many days in the principal's office. He grew up in schools who often didn't know how to deal with kids like him. Gabe experienced first hand, the detrimental academic and psychological impact on him as a young person when school leadership and cultures were not optimal.

He also had the privilege of knowing good school leaders and teachers and learnt how this could help him and other kids like him thrive. Through his own journey, and observing his mother as a Chemistry teacher who had an incredible ability to help students flourish and achieve their best, he developed a real passion for helping school leaders develop the best possible environment for students to excel and transition to life.

Today, Gabe helps SME owners build resilient and sustainable businesses with thriving cultures at adapt. He also supports the Cultures of Excellence team in elevating their product offering for school leaders, and building the community of like minded operators in education.
