The CoE Way Phases

The CoE way journey is a two-year commitment to change broken into four phases.
This includes coaching, support, professional learning and a data platform that embeds, sustains and successions your school way in one place. 

ORGANISATIONAL REVIEW

The objective of the Organisation Review is to assess the effectiveness and resilience of your school. We use online surveys and face-to-face interviews to collect insights and intelligence about your school.

We look at the leadership practices in your school and use qualitative and quantitative data to measure the level of resilience. It is the starting point in our working relationship with your school and community. 

ENGAGE PEOPLE, COMMUNITY & BUILD INTERNAL CAPACITY

Next, we support you to communicate this information to your staff and community to capture voice. This is critical to ensure the work of the leadership team is aligned with community and stakeholders of the school.  

We then support the school to ensure we have developed the internal capacity to deliver their school way. 

INDUCT LEADERSHIP TEAM & BUILD THE SCHOOL WAY

The next step is to work with the leadership team to address the pain points of your school. We tackle team development and help set a clear vision for the leadership team and the values needed to deliver it.

We help the leadership team build their school way by focusing on their current state, building short-term objectives and the stewardship to deliver on it, before managing the longer-term future state of the school.

SUCCESSION YOUR STRATEGY 

The final phase ensures your school has a high level of resilience and is ready to sustain and succession your work into the future.
