  • The CoE Way does not add to your workload. The CoE Way framework uses existing educational systems and processes, which we help you streamline. All we ask is that school leaders commit to dedicating time to work with a Cultures of Excellence coach and engage in the process.

  • Our experienced school coaches and change management specialists will work with schools for 18 months to 2 years. They work directly with school leaders and the leadership team. The CoE Way is tailored to each school, and the timeframe is adapted depending on each school's needs.

  • CoE helps schools to increase the efficiency of processes and ultimately save time. We work with you to understand your school’s needs and challenges, and develop a plan to help you implement positive changes which enable your school to deliver better learning outcomes, increase student attendance, and improve student engagement.
