The CoE team start all our engagements by listening. We carry out a full school organisational review to assess the the your school's current status/situation against your strategic goals, which includes your current leadership team and current school strategy. This enables us to provide you with personalised guidance for your school, develop the school leadership team and put systems in place to support your long-term goals.
