Neesha Flint
Independent Investigator & Accredited Mediator
Neesha Flint brings over two decades of leadership experience across a range of independent schools in Western Australia. Her career has included roles such as Mathematics Teacher at Aquinas College, Head of Year at Penrhos College, and senior leadership positions at PLC, including Head of Senior School and Director of Learning. Most recently, she served as Principal of Geraldton Grammar School, becoming the second-longest-serving leader in the school’s history. She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership from UWA.
Known for her quick thinking, direct and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, and a broad range of life experiences, Neesha is dedicated to helping others resolve conflict through clear, compassionate communication.
Her expertise in dispute management—developed both through lived experience and formal training in mediation—makes her a trusted guide for schools navigating conflict and complexity.
Now offering independent investigation and mediation services through CoE, Neesha partners with school leadership teams to provide impartial, efficient support that strengthens culture and reduces time spent managing issues.
