Meet the Team

Scott Harris (Founder & Coach)

Scott is the Seed Founder of Cultures of Excellence and brings extensive experience across school and system leadership. His roles have included Director of Schools (WA), national Director of Leadership, Principal, Deputy, Curriculum Writer and Teacher, giving him a deep understanding of how schools operate and change. With 15+ years of coaching in education and business, Scott helps leaders and teams turn priorities into practice. People-first by nature, Scott centres relationships and wellbeing in every partnership. 

Cultures of Excellence founder and leader, Tristan Bettridge

Tristan Bettridge (Founder & Leader)

Tristan is a Founder and Leader of Cultures of Excellence with a background spanning business performance and primary education. Trained as an accountant, he supported business growth before moving into teaching and leading ICT in upper primary. This blend of business and school expertise enables Tristan to support effective systems, succession and sustainable improvement. Driven by the belief that every classroom deserves strong stewardship and culture, Tristan brings his core values of family, trust, humour and accountability to every partnership.

Glenn Scarlett (Founder & Director)

Glenn is a Founder and Owner of Cultures of Excellence with deep experience in people development and organisational performance across Australia and internationally. He has led major transformation projects in the mining sector, focusing on people systems, operational design and readiness, and has a strong track record of delivering results in complex environments. With a background in social work and qualifications in Social Work and Industrial Relations, Glenn is motivated by helping people and workplaces reach their full potential.

Gabe Enslin (Founding Partners)

Gabe is a Founding Partner of Cultures of Excellence and Co-Founder of adapt. As a high-needs student, he experienced first-hand the impact that poor leadership and culture can have on a young person’s learning and wellbeing. Inspired by the impact of great teachers, including his mother, Gabe is committed to helping schools create environments where all students can flourish. He now works with adapt to build resilient SMEs and supports CoE in developing its product and community for school leaders.
