Team Culture Insights Workshop Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Cultures of Excellence Pty Ltd (ABN 63 655 857 588).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to delegates attending WAPPA Conference 2026 who are a school principal or hold a leadership or decision-making position with the authority to approve, arrange or coordinate their school's participation in a Team Culture Insights Workshop.

The prize is designed to be delivered at a school level and requires appropriate organisational approval and participation. Entries from individuals who do not hold the authority to arrange or coordinate the workshop on behalf of their school are therefore not eligible. The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant's eligibility before awarding a prize.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 at 9am AWST and closes at 5pm AWST on Friday, 18 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Eligible delegates must complete and submit the competition entry form available via the competition QR code or landing page during the Competition Period. Only one entry per school is permitted. No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prizes

There are six prizes available. Each winner will receive one complimentary half-day Team Culture Insights Workshop delivered by Cultures of Excellence.

The workshop includes:

  • Facilitated half-day Team Culture Insights Workshop

  • School Culture Report

  • Culture Action Plan (Gap Analysis)

  • Targets and leadership priorities

Each prize is intended for the school or organisation represented by the winning entrant. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another school or organisation without prior written approval from Cultures of Excellence.

6. Workshop Delivery

Each workshop will be scheduled with the winning school for a mutually agreed date. The winning entrant is responsible for obtaining any necessary internal approvals and coordinating their school's participation in the workshop.

7. Winner Selection

Six winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The prize draw will take place on Monday, 21 September 2026. Each eligible entrant may win a maximum of one workshop.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the email address Before awarding a prize, Cultures of Excellence may request confirmation that the entrant meets the eligibility requirements and has the appropriate authority to arrange the workshop on behalf of their school.

9. Prize Conditions

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If a prize or component of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the competition will be used to administer the competition, verify eligibility, contact entrants where required and award the prizes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Cultures of Excellence Privacy Policy, available here.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed or not received due to technical issues outside its reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of a prize, except for liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
